Notice for funding

The U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has put out a notice of funding for the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program. This is an incredible large-scale, multi-year investment for all 50 states to build healthier rural communities.

The deadline for states to apply is November 5, 2025 and CMS will announce awardees by December 31, 2025. PIE is eager to collaborate with Illinois to secure this funding and put these dollars to great use—please encourage your state to do the same!
